Logistics Administrator

Descriptions of Job duties:
- This role will be reporting to Logistics Executive.
- Administration:
Receive shipment order; create and dispatch incoming task on Diag&039;s system.
Communicate all client and shipment issues to direct supervisor.
Track shipment’s TAT and ensure data’s accuracy on Diag&039;s system.
Monitor status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to client.
- Analysis:
Coordinate with Logistics Executive in KPI and performance tracking, analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.
Conduct in- depth analysis of logistics operations and prepare reports, dashboard, inventory, and attendance record to monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
- Support branch operation daily activities and other duties as assigned.
Experience and skills requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization
- 1- 2 years in logistics job is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business administration,
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
