Logistics Assistant

Play a key role in assisting all things logistics and supply chain from coordinating and processing all documentation, shipments, and deliveries (domestics and exports).

Liaise with freight forwarders and assist in the confirmation of all local and international shipping bookings.
General data entry including updating spreadsheets and booking systems.
Preparation of shipping documentation for stock exportation.
Filing and liaising with the Supply chain/Production department for specified tasks.
Scheduling and monitoring delivery of all stocks both locally and internationally.

Fluent Vietnamese & English
High communication skills and skills to solve logistics problems.
Strong attention to detail, solution- focused and multitasking ability
Possess basic knowledge of logistics, especially exporting and importing goods.
Have a “can do” attitude and be motivated to get things done.
