Close interaction with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Maintaining and developing relationships with shipping lines.
Handling booking requests from customers and shipping partners.
Resolving issues related to bookings and handling booking procedures.
Executing bookings for cargo on ocean transportation routes.
Processing documents and necessary procedures related to cargo transportation.
Monitoring and managing cargo transportation activities from origin to destination.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & Outlook, and online booking systems.
Experience in the logistics and transportation field is advantageous.
Attention to detail and careful handling of documents and information.
Understanding of booking and cargo transportation processes and procedures.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem- solving skills.
