Main Responsibilities
Tracking and Monitoring of incoming shipments for Contracting Party
Coordination of the receipt, storage and release of cargos
Checking and review of shipping documents.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory.
Efficient organization of the usage of warehouse resources (e.g. employees, space, equipment) and their continuous improvement.
Record keeping and coordination with broker for freight bill and other destination charges for settlement.
Handling of local delivery and sales order processes
Inventory Management
Coordinate with the internal and external functions to smoothen the processes and share information.
Verification of Vendor's billing and request for payment
Posting of GR and GI via SAP System
Preparation of weekly report on inbound list and stocks on hand status
Preparation of monthly report of paidwarehouse expenditures
Manage meticulously the inbound, outbound and inventory accuracy of products with large number of SKU(s) not only at the physical pieces level abut also in the stock data system.
Record keeping for local delivery documents for future audit.
Perform logistics back up for Contracting Party
Cost control and P&L monitoring including facility usage, labor, equipment, and supplies, to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and quality.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in relevant positions with International Forwarding Company. Experiences and knowledge in Freight Import/ Export, Customs clearance, warehouse and distribution service offering, procedures and pricing structures.
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification to be preferred.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Pro-active, think win-win solutions, good planning skill, good communication skill and negotiations skill.
- Good discipline, high sense of accountability, well-organized, collaborative and teamwork.
- Adequate computer knowledge, Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to handle multi-tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity.
