Logistics cum Purchasing Executive

- To be in- charged of Purchasing Department and all relevant documentation
- Ensure on time purchasing as requested.
- Handle import and export permits, licenses, and other relevant documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
- Plan and organize the transportation of products for export.
- Identify potential risks in the logistics process and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Generate report and report to BOD on relevant report
- Brief supplier, sub- contractors, contractors and other relevant party in relation to
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to optimize the supply chain process.
- Follow up on all process of shipment clearance, tax code of material etc
- Proactively address any issues that may arise during transportation and delivery.
- Get the best deal with all suppliers on products pricing, quality, payment term and delivery etc.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth export operations.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs requirements.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Find out options of 3 suppliers for each material, except for exceptions and other indications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software.
- Required language(s): English
