Logistics cum Warehouse Supervisor

- Ensure the input/output properly and exactly as determined in SOPs
- Check import-export declaration sheet accurately and timely
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure import-export shipments to be cleared on time and no extra expense occurred.ments and standards
- Resolve queries raised by Customs regarding price valuation, Product Specific Import License requirement/ Import License during the Import clearance
- Manage the warehouse in compliance with the company regulations
- Follow-up with suppliers to track import shipment status to stakeholders and obtain shipping documents for import permission.
- Manage and assign job to staff and 3rd party service workers
- Ensure timely processing of customs clearance process and delivery to warehouse, duty payment, supplier payment and services payment as well as maximize the utilization of deferred duty transactions.

Experience in Healthcare, Lifescience or relevant industry.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Import Export, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain in multinational company
People management
Strong English language skill required both verbal & writing
