Logistics Customer Service Supervisor

· Assist customer service staff with duties where required
· Strategy and monitor the daily activities of customer service operations as team orientation.
· Report to manager or upper level when required
· Work with shipping lines to arrange shipments/ keep track of cargo routine and report to customer
· Complete the assigned job when required
· Deal with customers for cargo information, find suitable sailing schedule and arrange booking
· Co-ordinate with related Team to solve arising internal issues
· Co-ordinate with overseas/ national agencies to handle nomination export shipments from Vietnam to US/ Canada
· Follow up the shipments and settle arising issues under responsibility
· Key in to internal system for booking
· Supervisor customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation, Invoicing and cost booking.
· Oversee and assess customer service staff activities, and provide them with regular performance-related feedback.

· Good teamwork, long-term working, responsibility
· Able to work under high pressure and multi-task
· Self-motivated
· Having at least 3 working years experience in relevant industry
· Good computer literacy
· Good communication skills, writing and speaking in English
· Being detail and careful
