Logistics Executive

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
Other tasks
Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during delivery or pickup
Participate in regular inventory management meetings to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimize logistics operations
Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) Team to pick up and e- bikes from customers
Work closely with Sales team to arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup activities, including documentation of any issues or exceptions
Manage and track e- bike inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service Teams

- Contribute and/or lead projects/tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
- Build report Tracking lead time delivery, tracking cost and mistake of logistic vendor. Suggestion and improve Logistic process, Logistics SOP

Highly detail- oriented.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Bias for action; self- starter approach to challenging.
2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
Hi- tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Experience in working with ERP, Odoo is a plus.
