Overall purpose
- Manage and monitor the import and export products process
- Manage and monitor inventory and warehouse
- Manage and monitor detention and deliver goods
Key responsibilities and duties
- Arrange delivery orders to dealers, end users, other team requirements.
- Consignment management
- Update, monitor, and control order management system (expenditure, HS code…)
- Work with forwarders to resolve the problem related to import shipments.
- 3PL management
- Well operate company events by arranging all necessary tasks.
- Implement, monitor, and manage the export and import process in accordance with company regulations and policies.
- Manage payment for related vendors.
- Other tasks are assigned by a direct manager.
- Monitor, manage, and update inventory.

Required working experience
- At least 2 years experience in logistics
Required Qualifications
- College graduate and upper, Faculty of the business administrator/international trade/import- export operation
Required languages
- English proficiency
Required skills and personalities
- Good sense of customer service and ability to deal with high- pressure situations.
- Proactive with a can- do attitude.
- Ability to analyze/solve problems in a fast- paced environment.
- Good communication & negotiation skills, especially with customers
- Good time- management skills. Sense of urgency, able to prioritize
