Logistics Key Account Management
Understand customer- specific requirements and collaborate with cross- functional teams within LCC team to drive process standardization and optimization
Conduct regular meetings and touch points with internal stakeholders to review the performance KPIs and address any complaint or concerns from customers
Proactively hear from customers and understand their pain points, and bring back to the team for new service development or service improvement
Support with the payment of LCC service charge
Lead projects to drive improvement with customers, i.e., cost saving, transparency improvement, accrual accuracy, etc.
Serve as the primary contact for internal clients in ASEAN (around 20 legal entities) on all logistics cost- related topics, i.e., why logistics cost increase, or fluctuate, why the cost booked to cost center is not the same as actual cost, etc..
LCC Sea Freight Lead
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on sea freight processes, systems, and compliance topics
Upskill team members on rate card usage, contract compliance, incoterms, and accurate freight billing...
Lead a team of LCC experts on sea freight billing operations and be their first escalation point on any topics related to sea freight billings
Give key input during sea freight tender projects based on all the performance or insights collected during sea freight billing related operations
Demonstrate expertise in end- to- end sea freight billing operations, i.e., billing verification, PO creation, monthly accrual, etc..
Lead the implementation of LCC services for sea freight tender packages
KPIs (both commercial and operational):
Customer satisfaction based on voice of customers (1- 5)
of initiatives either on new services or service improvements
Accrual accuracy
Billing accuracy
End to end lead time from service to payment done
Billing on time rate
of complaints from customers (from sea freight billing operations)
Productivity of the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or Finance related subjects
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills
2 years+ in project management
2 years+ in international transport, preferably with key account
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in logistics cost and contract, rate card
Experience with sea freight processes, audit procedures, and billing systems preferred
1 year+ in leadership
Proactive, results- oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Detailed oriented, can go deep in the situation and investigate the root cause
