Logistics Lead

Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, bike servicing process from order receipt to delivery.
Build logistics processes and automations on the company platform to manage order status effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
Build logistics vendor database.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics activities (fullfillment and bike servicing), key metrics, and process improvements.
To lead and inspire a high performing and engaged order management team
Ensure the quality of the shipment (quality of bikes, related documents, quality of bike delivery vendors).
Schedule shifts for logistics staff.
Plan shipments based on product availability and requests from Sales team or CS team

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.
Experience in working with SAP, Misa
Hi- tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Highly detail- oriented.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Bias for action; self- starter approach to challenging the status quo.
