JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise team of logistics staffs or specialists
- The logistics lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes.
DETAILS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop logistics staff.
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports.
- Manage logistics processes. Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of logistics software.
- Ensure the quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.

Graduated from intermediate level or higher, with at least 2 years of experience working in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations, …, able to communicate in English.
