Logistics Manager

Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.
Oversee customs clearance, import- export documentation, HS code classification, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs audits, and government reporting requirements. Monitor logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and freight forwarding activities.
Develop, standardize, and improve logistics processes, controls, and performance KPIs.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer commitments.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities, and other logistics service providers.
Lead, coach, and develop the Logistics team to achieve high performance and operational excellence.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics and import- export management, preferably in a Garment EPEGood command of English, both written and spokenStrong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international transportation.Proven leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
