Logistics Manager (working in Hai Phong)

JOB SUMMARY
- Control and be responsible for organizing, coordinating and directing the supply of all goods or customer service requirements of
Lear Vietnam facility
- Provides the information on material issues to Management
- Contribute to establishment and development properly procedure to support materials organization
- Monitor and control all related function of Material Control management, Purchasing and Logistics

RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordinate with Customer and Supplier to correct and problem
- Control and be responsible for organization, coordinating, and directing the supply of all goods or service requirements of Plant facility
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
- Contribute to establishment and development appropriate procedure to support materials organization
- Lead cycle count and physical inventory
- Assure OTD of FG according to Agreed Master Plan, without increasing the agreed inventory levels
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
- Lead the team to execute the daily operations of material purchasing, customer order management, production planning, import/export and warehouse operations, and delivery to customer
- Coordinate with EHS function to implement 5S activity and EHS directives to Warehouse areas

- On time delivery to customers:100%
- On time delivery from suppliers:
- EDI implement: 80% and above.
- Achieve logistics cost saving per target.
- Support global team to implement good practices and CI projects.
- Control turnover rate and build up team with success.
- Excess &Obsolete, Inventory, ATR and Premium Cost Control: Meet Yearly Target.
