Logistics Operation

Team management: Supervising and leading a team of truck drivers and other operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Performance monitoring: Tracking and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to container trucking operations, such as on- time delivery, fuel efficiency, and cost- effectiveness.
Planning and coordination: Managing and overseeing the overall container trucking operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating truck drivers, routes, and deliveries.
Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Compliance and documentation: Ensuring compliance with relevant transportation regulations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports on operational performance.
Customer coordination: Liaising with customers to understand their transportation needs, coordinating pickup and delivery schedules, and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
Problem- solving: Identifying and resolving operational challenges, such as route optimization, equipment breakdowns, or unforeseen delays, in a timely and effective manner.
Fleet management: Managing and maintaining the container trucking fleet, including monitoring vehicle conditions, scheduling regular maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer relations, and effective communicate ability.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem- solving abilities.
- Proficient in planning and organizing tasks.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Previous working experience in the Shipping and Logistics field.
