Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail- oriented Logistics and Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Team and ensure smooth operations in shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to deliver seamless logistics solutions, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Mission:
To facilitate efficient and reliable logistics operations by providing comprehensive support to the Sales Team, ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in executing orders, coordinating with customers and
suppliers to monitor order status.
- Manage the first layer of debt collection efforts.
- Liaise with Quality Control teams at the origin and destination to ensure compliance before loading and after shipment arrival at the customer&039;s warehouse.
- Coordinate with local and overseas forwarders to obtain up- to- date freight rate
quotations.
- Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reporting of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports to track operations and logistics performance.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to the Sales Team as required.
 Manage office documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and
 Maintain updated contact lists for suppliers, customers, and internal

 Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for the team.

Requirements:
 Proficiency in English is mandatory.

 Diploma/Degree in Shipping & Logistics Management or a related field.
 High attention to detail.
