Logistics Operator

Compliance and Safety: a. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation. b. Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols for drivers and warehouse staff to minimize accidents and injuries. c. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, driver logs, and compliance documentation.
Position: Operation ( customer service/ vehicle scheduling)- - 2- 4 people
Logistics Coordination: a. Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments such as warehouse, maintenance, and drivers to ensure seamless operations. b. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels. c. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Vehicle Scheduling: a. Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs. b. Load Management: Coordinate the efficient loading and unloading of goods to maximize vehicle capacity. c. Scheduling: Develop and maintain a schedule for vehicle operations, considering delivery deadlines and customer requirements. d. Real- time Monitoring: Utilize tracking systems to monitor vehicle movements and provide real- time updates to customers.
Customer Service: a. Order Processing: Manage the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. b. Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on shipments, delivery schedules, and address any concerns. c. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. d. Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer orders, invoices, and relevant information.

Relevant Experience: Prior experience in international Forwarder&039;s sales or operations in Vietnam or a similar experience in local container trucking company is highly desirable. Alternatively fresh graduates with major in Intl logistics or Intl trading are ideal candid
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer operations, including office software and relevant business applications.
Training and Development: Willingness to participate in company training programs and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and technologies.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for cultural differences in a diverse work environment.
Others: Valid driver&039;s license; Clean driving record for at least one year. This is a plus for use of company car.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese and/or English languages, both spoken and written, is often required for effective communication and documentation.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, including potential travel for training and meetings.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal team members.
