Logistics Planner (Nhân viên Kho/ Hậu cần)

This position will take main responsibilities at Binh Duong Distribution Center (DC):

Have experiences in working with transporters and drive them to perform their jobs well in terms of delivery to customer and compliance with HSEQ/ Jotun requirements;
Monitor and maintain 5S in Warehouse’s office.
Monitor pending customer orders hourly/ daily and perform reservation process (on system) timely with planned ship date to ensure there is no impact to OTIF and delivery to customers;
Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, Production and other functions to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full;
Monitor and keep tracking for Delivery Note (DN) that returned from transporters after delivery;
Join KPI meeting with transporters and follow up corrective/ preventive actions for improvement delivery service;
Support Warehouse Team Leader to monitor Goods in Transit (GIT) from Binh Duong DC and work with transporters to ensure GIT arriving to other warehouses as delivery lead- time;
Monitor customer orders after delivery to ensure the transporter perform delivery services well based on On Time Delivery (OTD) and Proof of Delivery (POD) and immediately feedback to transporters if there is any case of late/ fail delivery lead- time or customer complaints;
Report to WH Team Leader.
Implement safety regulations, operating procedures and guidance according to HSEQ standards and local regulations;
Immediately report for cases of late arriving of GIT and report any cases of delivery issues, abnormal things that happen in warehouse and HSEQ issues, etc. to relevant people in the organization;

Hard working attitude and ability to work under pressure;
Good communication, problem- solving and teamwork skill;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and inventory software (Matrix/IFS, SAP, etc.).
College/ University graduate;
At least 2- 3 years of work experience in Warehouse and Distribution/ Logistics environment. Having experience working in paint/chemical industry is an advantage;

The position will be based in Binh Duong Distribution Center, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
