Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and logistics? We’re looking for a Logistics Procurement Supervisor ​ to join our Procurement team. In this role, you’ll help lead sourcing efforts, manage vendor relationships, and support the design and execution of warehouse and transportation solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Outputs:

Transport and warehouse Solution Design:

- Analyze market trends, competitors, activities, and industry developments to identify potential sources of supply and cost savings opportunities.
- Good knowledge at design solutions, transport models and services nationwide (Vietnam).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents related to transportation and warehouse procurement activities.
- Present solutions for internal stakeholders and external Customers.
- Innovative solutions and TMS knowledgeable and management
- Support business growth through transport solution design and the best possible deals.

Transport and warehouse Procurement:

- Develop and implement procedures and systems for the management of transportation procurement activities when required.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters related to transportation and warehouse procurement.
- Develop and implement transportation and warehouse procurement strategies to ensure efficient and the best cost- effective procurement of transport services.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Vendor Contract Management:

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws related to transportation and warehouse procurement activities.
- Negotiate terms of contract with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and take remedial action where necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned (if any)
- Evaluate Tenders, quotations, and proposals submitted by suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare the transport solutions section of Tender response documents for presentation to customers
- Support the optimization and new contracts, renewal contracts.

Requirement and skills

Risk Management: ability to identify risks associated with procurement activities and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ability to use relevant software and systems to complete procurement activities efficiently and accurately.
Cost Analysis: ability to analyze and compare costs of different vendors in order to make the best purchasing decisions.
Willingness to domestic travel frequently.
Excellence skills in vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling.
Functional know- how in Transport Management System
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain services, especially in warehouse and transportation planning, operations, or solution design.
Good at Communication skills, effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and maximize efficiency.
Budgeting for procurement activities, Strategic thinking about analyze data and facts, identify key trends and develop creative solutions to complex problems, regulatory Compliance with all applicable laws.
Tender Management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate resources to meet objectives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

At least 3 years or more working experience in transportation and warehouse procurement and design solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
