Logistics Specialist (English Fluently)

Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels
Liaise with forwarders / carriers for import and export shipment arrangement for punctual shipments & delivery.
Coordinate with in- house customer service and sales administration team to promote accurate and timely processing of sample order / sales order for our customers.
Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick- ups
Verification of freight invoices to ensure the accurate billing from carriers.
Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
Handle full set of shipping documents including Import / Export, prepare packing list, invoice and airwaybill.
Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning
Perform other ad- hoc activities which are assigned by superior.
Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
Responsible for the day to day operation of the assigned logistics functions, maintain routine operations and ensuring operational efficiency.
Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
Assist in preparation of statistical for KPI report and analysis

Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
Higher diploma / above in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 3 years previous experience in logistics management or coordination and working in manufacturing companies
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
Well- organized, proactive, independent and self- motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Well- developed motivational and leadership skills
Language: Fluent Vietnamese & English. Chinese is optional (better to have).
Great interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs- Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook
