Logistics Specialist

Review and prepare payment request for local charge of AFI shipments
Liaised and communicated with internal & external related parties pertaining to export issue
Checking B/L for air and seaway before sending related Doc to customs team
Submit & confirm for Bill of ladings, Po, invoice & packing list via Carriers&039; pages or system (AFI shipments)
Check debit note for export Local charge payment (AFI shipments)
Performs other work duties as assigned.
Following the container loading status and push transporter to pull container to loading on time.
Prepare and submit the VGM and SI through carriers&039; system for exporting container (AFI shipments)
Working alignment with all other related department to collect shipping information and booking space and submit SI to courier for any shipments which is shipped through DHL and UPS express
