Logistics Staff

Checking shipping cost Seafreight & Airfreight via Courier and Forwarder. Create labels/AWB to pick up the goods, send the sample to supplier. Following up ETA and update to production, purchasing. Set up paperwork for import shipment, cross check with purchasing to make sure it is accurate. Checking HS code, Vietnamese name for parts. Input onto Customs software, go ahead to approval at Customs Department if needed. Arrange local pick up at Port /warehouse of Cat Lai, TCS, SCSC, TNT, Fedex, DHL, UPS, Post Office. Expense report for each shipment & transportation report. Storage report & Import report. Making report to supervisor per request. Handover shipping invoices to accountant. Data storage on to company systems. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

College/ University graduation (economic/ foreign Trade is preferable) At least 2- year experience in logistics department, transportation is preferable Knowledge of Logistics/Transportation, Customs clearance Good communication and negotiation skills Good at using Ms.Office and English skill. Open- minded, dynamic, strong and proactive person
