- Handling logistics works: Import- export (customs declaration, tax refund, liquidation report…), Co- ordinate with carriers/ forwarders to arrange inbound/outbound shipments, CO preparation...
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by Logistics manager.

- Good at Customs finalization report, import tax refund/liquidation, Customs & company’s inventory, converting import purpose.
- Experiences in Certificate of Origin (C/O)
- Good at import & export customs clearance on E- Customs software, handling the air import & export operation, especially express shipments, airport terminal operations, customs authorities, etc.…
- Good at working with forwarders: request for quotation, prepare SI, follow shipments, monthly statement handling, etc.…
Required knowledge & skills:
- Good at English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Up- to- date Knowledge in E- Customs software, customs regulation & concerned legal documents
- Computer: proficient in Microsoft office.
- Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Customs, Economic or related majors.
- Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, team player and hard working.
