LOGISTICS STAFF

- Send our bkg demand to HQ every week. Find suitable bookings, and revise empty pick up place, then send to MKT team
- Checking & revert HQ&039;s request. Checking & reply customer&039;s request.
- Check MNR daily Report/volume from DEPOT including: Input to HQ MNR system. Input the MNR charge into AF system..
- Check MNR Report/volume from DEPOT including: Checking & revert HQ&039;s request. Checking & reply customer&039;s request.
- Arrange units for offhire
to send for customers.
- Contact depot to settle down the related issues (such as: support empty pick up/return/delivery seal/settle down
- Pushing depots to release empty idle priority
customer complaints ...)
- Input data from invoices then print out checking sheet
- Combine booking list from Trades, and send to depots/Terminal
- More detail will be discussed during interview
- Oganize the bidding, review the rate, update HQ & arrange the procedures to delivery Ctnr for buyer

- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
- Required language(s): English
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Foreign Trade, Commerce or equivalent.
- Full- Time position(s) available.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years experiences in depot is priority.
