Logistics Supervisor (làm việc tại KCN Phú Mỹ 3, BR-VT)

Growth of the team.
Lead the logistic team on how to drive down the logistic cost. Manage to anticipate the risk and opportunity of the vendors.
Detail verify all the import/export/trucking service quotations before decision making.
Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
Other assignments by Head of Department.
Communicate with the carrier/forwarding to review the quotation from time to time.
Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives
Good communication with all oversea vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping

Education
Graduated in Imex, trade, shipping, trade management in University.
Experience
Logistics Supervisor 4 years at least is a priority.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in shipping, planning, merchandising department of garment, shoes, bag, or furniture companies.
Knowledge of:
Internet, Email, Microsoft office, software programs, system, Customs laws.
Skills and Abilities
Good communication and shipping, planning, managing skills.
