Lead the preparation of the Annual Customs Finalization Report, including reconciliation of import, export, inventory, and material consumption records, and support customs audits and inspections.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, Incoterms, and company policies.
Monitor shipment status, ETD/ETA, and logistics milestones while proactively resolving transportation issues.
Ensure shipments are executed according to customer requirements, delivery schedules, and company standards.
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance processes.
Manage logistics suppliers and evaluate performance based on service quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.
Plan and coordinate domestic transportation activities to ensure on- time pickup and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare, analyze, and report logistics KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure timely submission of all customs reports, declarations, and shipping documentation.
Oversee export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, CBAM documents, and customs declarations.
Monitor and control logistics costs, including freight, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, detention, and demurrage charges; identify and implement cost- saving initiatives.
Optimize transportation routes, truck utilization, and logistics resources to improve efficiency and service performance.
Manage and supervise daily logistics operations, including export, import, and domestic transportation activities.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production Planning, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and shipment readiness.

Requirements
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Advanced Excel.
Hands- on experience with SAP, WMS, and logistics management systems.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of:
International shipping and freight management
Import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures
Transportation planning and logistics operations
Incoterms and supply chain processes
Logistics cost analysis and performance management
Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure and overtime when required.
Excellent planning, coordination, problem- solving, decision- making, and process improvement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers.
Experience in a manufacturing and export- oriented environment.
