Logistics Vice Director

· Act on behalf when Director is absent & fulfill duties as assigned by the Director.
· Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
· Good at people management.
· Other tasks from Director or higher level ( if any).
· Good at entertainment skills
· Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
· Create/ run reports and submit them to the director or other executives
· Co-ordinate and supervise daily operations.
· Deeply understand of TP trade & its pricing structure.
· Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans.
· Good at relationship with carriers and vendors.
· Assist Director in developing and implementing plans and goals for the departments

· Excellent organizational, time-management and leadership skills
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Maritime or Business Administrative.
· At least 10 years working in logistics/ shipping industry with alternative positions (at least 3 years for TP trade and 5 years at manager position).
· Aptitude in problem-solving.
· Male will be preferable.
· To be fluent in English for all Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing.
· Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
· Other Certification that supporting for the business is advantage.
