We are seeking a detail- oriented and proactive Warehouse Operation Staff to join our logistics team at Hi- Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. This role involves coordinating warehouse activities including inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or someone with a background in logistics, possesses basic English and MS Office skills, and is eager to learn in a fast- paced, international work environment.

Working Hours: Rotating shifts: 06:30 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 21:30 – 06:30
Location: Lot I2, D. D1, Hi- Tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City
I/ Job Responsibilities:
Participate seriously in regular cycle counts and take responsibility for inventory accuracy.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions from direct supervisors in daily inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Continuously improve personal performance by identifying and addressing gaps in SOPs and suggesting process improvements.
Respond to stakeholder emails and escalations related to warehouse activities in a timely manner.
Escalate critical operational issues to supervisors as needed
Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations.
II/ Key Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Open to fresh graduates.
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Basic English communication skills.
College degree or higher (preferably in Logistics or related field).
III/ Compensation & Benefits:
Gross salary: 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 VND/month
