Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager

- Monitor and control via KPIs & routine reports in order to ensure that all targets and
bjectives are best met.
- Initiate and lead the projects to simplify/ improve/ change the operations of logistics
& Warehouse towards the direction of Continuous Excellence and cost savings.
- Involve with countries leader to implementation logistics & warehouse bidding for all
ASIA countries
- Co-ordinate with concerned parties to analysis and set the action plans in terms of
Logistics Warehouse operations issues.
- Develop, plan, control and report the monthly/yearly expenses of Logistics &
Warehouse, ensure the actual spending are as planned and within the approved
budget.
- Logistics WH Cost & lead-time analysis across the APAC countries
- Conduct monthly review with APAC countries.
- APAC trade compliance control & Risk Assessment.
- Other tasks required by Leader

- Familiar with Microsoft office software, good at Excel
- Take challenges and ask questions if any
- Strong interpersonal communication ability
- Excellent in oral and written English.
- Result oriented; Logical and systematic approach to work
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer
creative solutions
- SAP experiences in Logistics/ Warehouse field
- Over 5 years experienced in logistics WH field & at least 3 years in the same position
- International trade experienced
