Logistics & Warehouse Lead

Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, order picking, and inventory management, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and food handling regulations.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including production, sales, to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead the logistics and transportation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including food safety, transportation, and environmental regulations.
Manage relationships with carriers, 3PLs, and other logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure reliable and cost- effective services.
Monitor and analyze logistics and transportation metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in service levels, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring the efficient and cost- effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Overseeing the acquisition of chicken for a slaughterhouse, ensuring a consistent supply of high- quality poultry that meets production requirements and adheres to food safety standards.
Develop and implement transportation and routing plans to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery efficiency, considering factors such as load optimization, fuel costs, and delivery constraints.

Planning & Problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/ Logistics/ Economics/ Foreign Trade.
High responsibility and the ability to work under high pressure.
Over 5 years of experience in Logistics.
Proficiency in English.
Communication & teamwork spirit.
Microsoft Offices: Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook.
