Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse accurately and efficiently.
Apply knowledge of import/export processes and supply chain management to support warehouse operations.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
Plan and utilize warehouse space effectively to streamline operations and reduce handling time.
Maintain high levels of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability.
Monitor and control stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ensure goods are properly stored and handled in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics/transportation partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills (able to communicate with foreign partners/suppliers if needed).
Knowledge of import/export procedures and supply chain concepts is required.
Strong coordination and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
