Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Quality Control: Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to production operators and other team members. Assist with equipment setup and changeovers. Train new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Identify and report safety hazards.
Team collaboration: Working closely with other team members to achieve production goals.
Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor production processes to identify deviations from specifications and quality standards. Implement corrective actions to address issues and improve process efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, equipment logs, and service & maintenance documentation.

Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage.
College Diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering(preferred) or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Meticulous in following procedures and ensuring product quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
1- 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, with exposures to printing/food/packaging production is a plus. 
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, and work independently as well.
Experience with metal printing & packaging quality standards (a plus).
Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Ability to operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment.

Work Location: Lot N, Loc An Industrial Park, Binh Son, Long Thanh, Dong Nai.
Work Hours: 7:30- 16:30 from Monday to Saturday.
