Loss Prevention Lead

Ensure that appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines in order to prevent or minimize losses and business disruptions are fully applied
Ensure continuous implementation of all security measures against shoplifting, theft, robbery, fraud any other criminal actions
Conduct loss prevention training for security guards and store staffs
Maintain accurate records and documentation of loss prevention incidents, investigations, and actions taken.
Identify and prioritize security risks and notify ROM accordingly
Implement and monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security measures to deter theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers

Have experience in coordination with police department
Bachelor Degree from any background
Good communication skills
Be able to perform duties with speed and precision
Have experience as a Loss Prevention Officer, Mall Security Guard, or similar (supervisor or manager level)
Detail- oriented, honest, careful
