- University degree majoring in Electrical- Electronics, mechanical engineering or another related field.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good calculation skills.

- Ensure M&E systems are always in the best operating conditions.
- Technical advisor for M&E problems.
- Supervise the operation process of M&E systems in construction projects.
- Design and advise on installation of construction equipment systems such as elevators, air conditioners, ventilation systems,...
- Ensure M&E work meets technical standards, budget and schedule.
- Evaluate bids received for each M&E system design and construction project.
- Have knowledge of control systems, building monitoring (BMS), energy management systems (PME)...
- Prepare reports to send to superiors on construction progress, report incidents that slow progress and propose remedial measures.
- Supervise the process of test running, maintenance and repair of equipment systems for repair works, ensuring the new construction is consistent with what is available.
- Supervise the installation of M&E systems, ensuring performance and safety standards are met.
