Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps)

Manage our ML infrastructure (our server system)
Coach junior members
Collaborate with other leaders and managers to drive the roadmap for MLOps team
Establish standards and practices around MLOps, including data governance, compliance, and data security
Define technical solutions for projects related to MLOps and ML application development and manage those projects to obtain the defined objectives
Offer support and troubleshooting assistance for the ML pipelines
Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy ML prototypes into production applications

Yêu cầu công việc

2+ years of overall engineering experience in distributed systems and data infrastructure
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and ML CI/CD workflows
Good at English (all 04 skills), knowing Japanese language is a plus.
2+ years experience with Web application development
3+ years of overall software engineering experience in which 3+ years of experience are with ML application development and ML DevOps
Comfortably working with Linux especially Ubuntu
Other attitude characteristics: proactive, responsible, can- do, and get- thing- done
2+ years experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.)
Having practical knowledge (from application viewpoint) with one of areas: machine learning, deep learning, data science, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and mindset.
Good at writing technical reports and presentation of technical problems (in English).
Experience working with ML engineers to build tooling and automation to support the entire ML engineering lifecycle, from experimentation to production operations
Familiar with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch and Python libraries (scikit- learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib)
