Machinery Manager

- Monitor the stock level of raw materials and consumables.
- Be in charge of production activities of Machining department to achieve targets and goals set by the Production Manager/ BOD.
- Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Machining Department.
- Set up the routine & monitor for raw materials consumption standards In- charge for the inspection of any scrap for disposal, no raw material scrap must be disposed of until 100% sure that cannot be recycled / used anymore.
- Responsible for the set- up of the Department and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department, maintain 5S.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager/BOD.
- Provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Production Manager.
- Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control.
- Manage lumber utilization to achieve the highest yield possible in accordance with the weekly cutting schedules.
- Following & control the monthly/weekly production /shipment plan.
- Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Machining Division which includes Planning, Operational Control and decision making.

- Age from 35- 50
- Good management skills, problem- solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of operating all types of machines in the Machining department.
- Evaluates performance and provides timely feedback.
- At least 5 years of working experience with the same level.
- Communication and interpersonal relationship.
- High responsibility.
- Commitment to satisfy customer expectations.
- Good at English communication.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications.
