Maintenance Electrical Control Technician

•Bachelor or Associate Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
•2-3 years of working experience in automation industry of manufacturing environment (preferred).
•Be familiar and able to hand on electrical devices, PLC (Logic Controllers), SCADA, instrumentation, and specialize in Robotic, Camera vision and Rockwell automation systems and others.
•Configuring and designing HMI/OIT systems (e.g. Allen Bradley, National Instruments, Maple Systems)
•Familiar with Industry Standards NETA, IEEE, NFPA
•Familiar with various Motion Controllers/Actuators/AC/DC Drives, servomotors, Vision Systems (e.g. Cognex, Keyence)
•Experience and skill in troubleshooting control system issues electrical/electronic devices/pneumatic, instrumentation, inverter, robot, PLC/HMI.
•Fully understanding of Electrical safety, Lockout Tag out procedure and basic equipment safety requirements.
•Full knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance program.
•Good knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Strong interpersonal, analytical, logical reasoning, communication skills.
•Ability to learn CMMS (Maximo, Oracle) system.
•Knowledge of spare management and identifications.
