Maintenance Engineer

** URGENT HIRING **
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
• Work with Engineering and Production to support and improve safety, productivity, quality and cost.
• Have practical experience working with equipment on the production line
• Good skills in handling automatic electricity, industrial electricity, and functions of industrial equipment on the line are necessary
• Support and/or drive cost reduction, productivity and quality improvement goals.
• PLC maintenance activities and manufacturing system monitoring planning for ensuring the required uptime and production support on the daily
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
• Establish reliable preventative maintenance programs and ensure thorough asset documentation.
• Develop and compliance Safety first culture while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met.
• Support the line Open Issues List tracking and working with Cross Functional Team- Process, Operations, Quality, Maintenance teams as one team to complete issues closes.
• Able to create work instruction, machine trouble shooting history record and training skill up for maintenance technician.
• LOTO application in equipment management is must.
• Strong awareness for operating at module preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance system.
• Design layout, construct and/or install new equipment.
• Strong skills to analyze equipment status and quickly come up with plan solution.
• Documented important maintenance document base on project order
• Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies and details.
• Experience in control equipment cost of repair, MTTR and MTBF indicators is must.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes
• Supervise contractors and ensure they work comply strictly with company standards.
• Strong in appropriate selection and inventory spare part in the safety stock

Education
• Bachelor&039;s Degree- Automation, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Skills and competencies:
• Knowledge of state and local building codes
• Good communication in English in both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan at a high level, but execute at the detail level.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong PC skills and CAD experience, maintenance tracking software experience is preferred.
• Work with minimal or no supervision.
• 5 year experience in a manufacturing maintenance, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair.
• Ability to crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at various heights.
• 5+ year experience in industrial manufacturing of equivalent work experience and accomplishments.

13 months salary and bonus
