Maintenance Engineer

Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
Learn and understand the operation and maintenance requirements of various plant equipment, including but not limited to machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and utilities.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance technical competencies and stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
Uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety by following safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and promoting a safety- conscious culture among peers.
Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities, including shutdowns, overhauls, and upgrades, while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Assist in conducting routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
Support cross- functional teams in projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record maintenance activities, update equipment records, and generate reports for analysis.

Zero years of professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics categories.
Good in English: Listening, speaking, reading, writing.
