• To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations in areas of the Palazzo Club, Palazzo Office, Palazzo Warehouse as required.
• Ensure that all products and equipment, facilities are carefully accounted for and properly stored in a safe and secure; notify supervisor of low supplies.
• Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair other work as requested by the Maintenance & Facilities Manager, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to guests and members of the public.
• Carry out prevention maintenance, repair MEP systems (Electrical, HAVC, Power distributor, UPS backup, Lighting system,) as schedule planned or malfunction.
• Communicate with Operations and other departments when implementing projects.
• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems and to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
• Handle lost and found items in the Club according to company policy and with utmost integrity.
• Maintains all work areas and ensures environmental services equipment is free of safety violations. Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management.
• Work closely with colleagues to support, guidance, training to complete daily task and KPI performance.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per company grooming policy.
• Interacts with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with the Manager line to ensure that the assigned team such as Maintenance & Facilities team, EVS team complete their daily task, KPI performance and all facilities well maintained according to established standards.
• Carry out prevention maintenance, repair property equipment’s & tool as schedule planned or malfunction.
• Responsible for shop and storage inventory, safety, and organization, Inventory record of spare parts and supplies, tools, and equipment related.
• Project supervises and coordinates the work with contractors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
• Understand and follow safety and emergency procedures and comply with Hotel and Palazzo Club policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per the manufacturer&039;s instructions.
• Supervising and reporting daily tasks of Maintenance officer and Facilities officer.
