RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Management (Manufacturing)
Provide suitable technical spec, capacity, capability equipment.
Provide timely suitable equipment.
Best energy management.
Maintain and improve equipment in good condition.
Ensure equipment availability/realizable.
Well manufacturing project management: Timing and meet expectation. Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the Spare parts/Manpower meet the expectation and minimize impact to production activity.
Well equipment/tooling/Spare part management.
Establish and accountability for the KPIs, cascade and follow up with team members to ensure the expectations are met.
Automate machines, tooling internal fabrication.
Direct and oversee the operations to ensure manufacturing equipment/machines with availability, reliability, efficiency with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.
AM/PM/CM
Lead to review and revise the Work Order to improve the Preventive Maintenance quality regularly.
Lead the Autonomous Maintenance activities.
Lead the Team to perform the root cause failure analysis and investigations (CAR) properly.
Lead to ensure the completion and compliance of Preventive Maintenance activity.
5S and improvement:
Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work.
Propose and lead team to implement the improvement ideas and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and save cost.
Initial and leading improvement’s project Accountability for DMAIC
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of: Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all- time.
EHS:
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of: Follow and comply with the Environment.
Health- Safety requirements.
Management
and leadership:
Ensure you have the right people in the right jobs, by consistently using proper interview and selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics
Experience:
8+ years of relevant working experience in PPM (Maintenance in manufacturing companies with at least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience
Strong analytical skills:
Experience in managing contractor management: SOW, JSA, Contract onsite management in the scope of manufacturing maintenance.
Experience in leading manufacturing project.
Experience in maintenance management for manufacturing machines- R&M cost control- Equipment lifts time and maintenance policy identification.- Good experience at: Automation and electronic equipment: PLC, Inverter, Driver, Step motor, HDMI- Experience of deployment PM/AM pillar, spare part Inventory control- Advanced AutoCAD
Language: Ability to use English for business communication. Chinese as a 3- rd. language, is a plus.
