Controlling well all the activities of Maintenance team
- Monitor the purchase of spare supplies for facility repair, and maintenance.
- Organize regular practical training and evaluation for the technical team
- Participate in programming, document preparation, and direct professional training for maintenance technicians.
- Managing and assigning work, supervising members of the technical team to perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure good operation.
- Preserving equipment and tools assigned
- Providing Technical support for the full portfolio of products.
- Set up, and register with higher level objectives, and measures to control the facility repairing maintenance activities.
- Directly participate in overcoming problems of the team
- Performing other tasks directly assigned by superiors.
- Handling mistakes and conflicts of members of the team.
- Manage and test changes related to the product, working process, equipment, etc.
- Combine with related departments to troubleshoot to ensure production schedule.
- Proposing a higher level to reward and discipline employees in the team.
- Making plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of work for a part of a major project or total project of moderate scope.
- Maintain good (5S) within the process operation.
- Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering/ scientific techniques, processes and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
- Set up a resume of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure that effective process engineering works are conducted in cooperation with the production function.
- Evaluate the performance of each shift, staff daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Research and propose technical solutions to improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment
- Research and take measures to handle facility and solutions to improve maintenance life of machinery and equipment, work schedule required.
- Training for new and old employees in the team of maintenance, safety, fire protection, 5S,... and other requirements under the company&039;s regulations.
- To work effectively with all senior managers and others to resolve all issues related to processes/ machines/tools/equipment/facility quickly and effectively.
- Monitoring and processing, reporting up to the level of incidents occurring during repair and maintenance.
- Assign, and supervise technicians in the team to ensure that the repair and maintenance process of machinery is following technical requirements and ensure the progress according to the plan.
- Coordinate to set new item conditions/parameters to production by assigning engineers.
