Maintenance Officer - Nhân viên bảo trì

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for carrying out day- to- day maintenance tasks to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good and safe working condition. This includes performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and assisting with general upkeep of the premises. The role requires hands- on work to resolve maintenance needs promptly and efficiently, directly contributing to a safe and functional environment for all.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Report the need for replacements or upgrades.
Respond quickly to urgent repair requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to restore operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Submit regular updates to the Maintenance & Facility Supervisor.
Inspect facilities to identify issues and ensure they meet safety standards. Document inspection findings and report them to the supervisor.
Follow organizational safety procedures and guidelines. Report potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
Assist in supervising contractors performing specialized maintenance tasks. Ensure contractor compliance with safety and quality standards.
Execute tasks outlined in the preventive maintenance schedule. Record completed work and update maintenance logs.
Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure. Address minor repairs promptly to prevent disruptions.

Requirement:

2+ years of experience in facility or building maintenance.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office, CMMS).
Diploma or certification in a related technical field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
Basic knowledge of building systems and their operations.
