We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to enhance workforce productivity and work quality by proactively anticipating and eliminating potential delays. This role involves planning and coordinating labor, parts, materials, and equipment access related to maintenance activities.
Optimize reliability maintenance programs to ensure efficient operation.
Provide training to maintenance personnel on proper maintenance and reporting procedures.
Maintain accurate records and prepare and distribute control reports regularly.
Optimize spare part usage and manage requirements for special tools and equipment.
Ensure maintenance is carried out according to the preventive maintenance plan.
Maintain essential records and files necessary for meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance- related activities.
Obtain blueprints, drawings, instructional manuals, and special procedures from files or other sources as required.
Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce equipment failures.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all plannable maintenance work within the facility.
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Planning (Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field).
Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) is highly desirable
Preference given to candidates with prior experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem- solving abilities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong problem- solving abilities.
Proficient in office software (Power BI, Word, Excel,...).
Solid understanding of technical concepts related to maintenance planning.
