Maintenance Supervisor (Giám Sát Bảo Trì)

• Monitoring and checking the operating situation, maintaining equipment and tools according to plan.
• Preparing the plan for periodic maintenance of equipment, tools, building and infrastructures of the Industrial Zone including Centralized wastewater treatment system, drainage system, water supply system, electrical system lighting, office building systems...
• Summary reports on the operating of systems from Technical and Operation Staffs.
• Receiving information about incidents and failures, investigating causes and finding solutions.
• Performing maintenance of equipment and tools within the assigned scope. Coordinate with 3rd party to perform major maintenance periodically.

• Proven experience as Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil Engineer.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical / Electrical or Civil Engineer or equivalent or occupational with at least 5 years related experience in operation and maintaining the factories.
• Good skills in AutoCAD software using.
• Good skills in Microsoft using.
• Having experience in Industrial Zone operation is preferred.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Have knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulic systems, valves and pipes.
• Be able to read Engineering drawings.
