Safety
- Do the SMAT, OSA, EMAT every month.
- Responsible of LOTO and Machinesafety standard.
- Join in fire fighting activity of plant.
Maintenance
- Provide and do the equipment improvement for safety,quality, and productivities.
- Trouble shoot all breakdown by EWO and WCM tools.
- Lead maintenance team to do PM and AM (reliability pillar) for all equipment.Implement and up to date Reliability pillar board.
- In the operational phase, Maintenance Supervisor will planning and emplement the maintenance plan regarding the operation mat the best technical parameters of the equipment, will ensure the operation of
- Install new line and equipment.
- KPI tracking and report weekly,monthly, and yearly.
- Provide technical support for maintenance, PQC and production team in correlation with the technical strategy.
- Electrical, Mechanical and Mold systemsat the technical parameters established and will ensure the maintenance of all equipment in factory.
Expense:
- Control maintenance expencein budget monthly and yearly
People development
- Buil competency framework and training plan for direct report.
Other job will beasign by line manager.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing
Experience :
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience o the following:
- Experience in roll forming is an advantage.
- Working with AC servo motor and SCADA system.
- Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Design machine parts.
- Working in maintenance field in foreign companies.
Technical Competencies:
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system
- Cold roll forming and stamping.
- Basic in automation
- Dimension tolerance, surface finishing.
- WCM knowledge is an advantage
- Motor/gear box/coupling
- Transmission components
Skills &Ability:
- Ability to work under pressure of schedules.
- Good in presentation skill
- Evaluate practical problems in mechanics, electronics, control,process control, monitoring and communication situations and propose solutions to those problems.
- Proficiency in Word,Excel, and Powerpoint are required.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D,Inventor/Solidworks.
- Can communicate in English
