Maintenance Supervisor

- Make sure the service documents fully follow requirement of Company
- Other works will be assigned by BUM- direct report
- Work closely with other departments to ensure overall work efficiency
- Build and manage the budget of department.
- Plans, schedules, assigns and supervises work of the maintenance department. Effectively demonstrates team member competencies and participates in goal- setting, performance feedback, and self- development activities.
- Prepare and organize the implementation of preventive/ Predictive maintenance plans for all machinery, equipment, electricity system and factory infrastructure.
- Make sure all resources available to minimize downtime by machines/equipment breakdowns
- ESH: Implement ESH tasks that required by Parker Copr. related to machineries, equipment, electricity, building, and overall safety all Humans....

- Good communication in English.
- ESH knowledge
- At least 5 years experience in maintenance management
- Bachelor&039;s degree and above in Engineering or related.
- Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, presentations.
