Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
Assist Production Manager in the planning and implementing of preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
• Analysis data, create a development plan for the area, and propose to Production Manager.
• Responsible for the smooth running of all production machineries through preventive maintenance and downtime.
• Investigate the root cause and countermeasures, maintaining and improving the production process.
• Set up new projects such as: Installing new machines, layout, expanding production area, and new products transferred.
• Timely report to Production Manager for infrastructure/ machine status including downtime, schedule attainment, efficiency, and scraps.
• Ensure the database system is updated; analyze breakdown records and fault finding.
• Responsible for maintenance such as air compressor/ utilities supply/ factory facilities and fabrication. All plant equipment is in functional condition.
• Inculcate 5s well housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.
​• Organize and define agreed maintenance standards.
• Training/coaching, OJT, qualify staff to ensure enough capability.
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
• Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit and inspection.
• Ensure the maintenance stock records are up- to- date, and have enough spare components/parts.
• Support in energy- saving project meeting law and policy of the company.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Good English communication skill is preferable.
• Analysis and action to prevent the potential can occur (FMEA, Control plan).
• Knowledge of SPC and QC 7 tools, indicators of process capability of equipment, people, operating....
• Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Years of experience: at least 5 years of experience.
• Using the 5Why- 1H method in analyzing the cause, to investigate and react.
• Highly self- motivated, result- driven, analytical, and demonstrate a high level of initiative, discipline and drive.
• Using elements 5S- 5M- 1E- 1I in management.
• Setting the operation standard, training operators, and working environment safety.
