Maintenance Supervisor

* Facilities Management
- Responsible for day- to- day facilities operations.
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Activities include planning maintenance and replacement; property management, insurance and supply arrangements.
- Responsible for the optimal use of facilities accommodation, furniture, equipment and supporting services, and maintaining a safe and neat workplace.
- Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance and repair of the organization&039;s buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment.
* End results
- Provide FNA consulting and operation services in line with business strategies
- Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
* Accountabilities:
- Other accountabilities as assignment.
- Meet KPI of Facility management

- Preferable to have 3- 5 years relevant experience in warehouse & logistics or building management
- Preferable to have Mechanical & Electrical experience/major
- Able to work independently and meticulous
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledgeable in 5S/7S, ISO, C- TPAT standards is highly preferred
- Strong passion in facility management
- Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point
