Maintenance Technician (Electricity Background) - Binh Duong Factory

Control all maintenance activities related to the fire alarm/firefighting system, electrical power supply, forklift trucks, and all machinery involved in the paint production process. Details are as follows:
- Assign PM tasks/work orders to two helpers and monitor work quality.
- Plan to complete all PM tasks within the scope of work.
- Conduct breakdown analysis to identify root causes of each issue and follow up with action plans until completion.
- Ensure work quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance for maintenance services provided by contractors.
- Manage and complete all activities in the IFS system (Software for Maintenance).
- Control the spare parts inventory, ensuring that all key spare parts within the scope of work are available and maintained within the minimum/maximum levels.
- Address and resolve all issues related to the scope of work.

Qualifications/ Functional Competencies:

Knowledge and experience with electrical power supply systems, fire alarms, firefighting systems, Ex- equipment, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
At least 3 years of experience in related fields/industries, with experience working in foreign- invested companies being preferable.
University graduate with a technical background in electricity.
